The iPhone Dev-Team has just released a new version of Redsn0w 0.9.6b1 which can jailbreak iOS 4.1 on iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G.
This is a beta release of redsn0w for the iPhone3G and iPod Touch 2G at FW 4.1 or 4.0. It uses the same pwnage2 DFU-mode exploit that we’ve been using since the 2.x days. It does not include the SHAtter exploit developed by pod2g. Nothing new is revealed to Apple with this jailbreak.
The Windows version needs further testing, so for now this is available only for Mac OS X x86.
After a few appearances and a long wait, we finally have an easy way to install Flash on the iPhone. The method that we present to install Frash works for:

Just like the PwnageTool for Mac, Sn0wbreeze 1.8 can jailbreak iPhone 3GS (old bootrom, and already pwned on iOS 4.x), iPod touch 2G (non MC model) and iPod touch 3G on iOS 4.1 Beta. iPhone 3G users will have to using Redsn0w.
