We read some days ago at engadget es about this new feature of Fring, the possibility of making calls over VoIP with 3G connection in our iPhone!
It seems, as told us in engadget, that Apple has removed the restrictions that don’t allow to make calls over VoIP.

As EsferaiPhone mentioning our friends must be put “video call” in quotes because it is a half truth.
