Friends, we have read in twitter and see that already exists on how to activate the tethering in 3.1.2.
The prerequisites to this end is to have iphone jailbreak
Having completed the prerequisite, we can do the following:

After the tutorial that you’ve made ready, it’s time to get back to use the applications we had in our iPhone via iTunes with the new firmware 3.1.2.For this we use the new updated firmware Appsync compatible with 3.1.2.
