Via Tengo un Mac and Esfera iPhone we heard about the new releases of the iPhone OS, known as the Firmware of iPhone/iPod Touch.

• iPhone OS 3.1.3 – a minor change from actual version (3.1.2)
• iPhone OS 4.0 – new version (maybe ready for the tablet?)

Both sources references Boy Genius Report and this image:

Simply reflects a server’s log of BGR, and appears new and unknown (for us) versions of the iPhone OS.

The 3.1.3 version provide a minor update fixing some bugs. And the 4.0 version rumored is the software version for the expected iPhone 4G.
