Has finally arrived, but was soon to finally have it and … work! 2.0 The comex jailbreakme et al has landed.
Allows jailbreak for iphone 4, iphone 3G, old and new bootrom and iphone 3G.
Last night in blueplastic provide it on a new iPhone 3G 16gb with bootroom and works like a charm. The only “catch” is that the web is a bit saturated, so you must be patient.
To make the jailbrek, only have to enter jailbreakme.com from the iPhone and to slide the unlock button, like that of the home page of our terminal block as shown in the image.
Once unlocked the screen, you will see an installer, which downloads an application and then a screen will show you the message: “jailbreaking”. Later, you will see that tells you that you have Cydia on the springboard. Going there and see it’s true. What you open, update what I ask and go!
We will keep you informed of developments, as we have seen that there is still a problem with the IPAD in the version 3.2.1 and we have not proven on a iphone 4. Have also reported problems with FaceTime and mms, but are being solved now.

Ola a todos gracias x la noticia ya e conseguido acerle jailbreak aunque cydia m da algunos problemas a la ora de recargar supongo k sera normal al principio ademas no se puede traducir al español o no me coje esas sources. Lo bueno es que ya puedo acer lo que quiera con mi iphone. Gracias!!!!!

Esto no sirve para hacer unlock no?
Es solo jalibreak?
Es porque tengo un 3gs con 3.1.3 y 5.12.01 y tengo ganas de instalarle el IOs4
Alguien lo hizo?

esto es solo jailbreak, pero ya puedes hacer unlock desde cydia. Mira el post que hay sobre ello, en el unlock con ultrasn0w 0.93.

Yo estoy en las mismas que Santiago, mismo firmware y mismo baseband. Jailbroken con Spirit y Unlocked con Ultrasnow. Si actualizo al IO4, sabeis a que baseband se me actualizara?, no sea que se pase al 05.14 y la jodimos otra vez!!

Ola yo tngo la 13.5.04 con os4.0.1 y mi único problema es k en cydia ay cosas que me dan fallo al actualizar o cargar xro por lo demás va bien

Hola a todos, lo he hecho y funciona muy bien, por ahora sin problemas lo unico que al arrancar desde apagado se ve una linea de pixeles chungos pero que se van en cuanto el sistema arranca. Os cuento por si ayuda a alguien:
Tenia:
Modelo: 3GS 16Gb MC132B comprado en UK, Firm. 3.1.3 Baseband 05.12.01
Estado: Jailbroken con Spirit y Unlocked con Ultrasnow.
Que he hecho:
1.- Colocar la SIM original que venia con el movil.
2.- Conectarme a iTunes y actualizar (en mi caso a iTunes 9.2) a la version 4.0.1.
3.- El baseband subio a 05.13.04
3.- Una vez que termina la actualizacion de software y se reinicia y todo eso (no toque nada), desconectar el cable, ir a http://www.jailbrakeme.com y hacer el jailbrake (thanks COMEX).
4.- Una vez jailbroken, entrar en Cydia y descargarse Ultrasnow (la ultima version 1.0-1 creo), THANKS Dev Team for that.
Y ya esta, dejas que cada software haga su trabajo y deberia de funcionar.
Esto es como lo hice ayer mismo por la noche si alguien esta en mi mismo caso quiza siguiendo los pasos se le arregle el problema y pueda disfrutar de su iPhone como dios manda.
