Install non android applications (.apk) – tutorial
Hi Friends,
Today we continue with the monograph of Android and told you how to install applications that are not the market of android.
There are two ways to install applications on Android, which I detailed below:
1. We, first find and install them from the Android Market from our telephone or Internet search applications for Android.
2. Or we can install applications not Android Market. These applications have the extension .apk
To install them on our phone we must activate the following:
Settings -> Applications -> unknown origins
And we simply copy the applications to the memory card and use a file browser program such as WinSCP or, to install, just browse the application and click to install it. All these applications, not being installed from the Market, you have to uninstall since:
Settings -> Applications -> Managing Applications

Hola, tengo una Galaxy tab y la opcion de origenes desconocidos no aparece. estoy buscando la manaera de instalar el z4root y la tablet no me deja. ya que fue descargada fuera del market porque lo eliminaron de alli. no cosigo la manera de poder instalar algun apk. ya tengo el programa explorador de archivos

Gracias por la info, acabo de instalar el VPLAYER, reproduce cualquier tipo de video, lo tenia en modo trial, ahora lo tengo en full.

tengo un HTC Desire A con android 2.1 pero no e podido ponerle WALLPAPER ACTIVOS porque no posee ese atributo, ya hice lo que indicaste y no funciona me han dicho que tengo que cambiar la ROM y tener dominio de RUT, ?tu que opinas?

Probablemente tengas que tener la última ROM y tener acceso ROOT, sino no podrás instalar prácticamente nada.

Asi lo he hecho, he descargado una aplicación a la tarjeta de memoria.
He seguido los pasos, pero el telefono no “lee” la aplicación, en la tarjeta.
Es el teamviewer, tiene extensión .apk , pero en el tlf no aparece.
