Finally, after the ETA of 10.10.2010 at 10.10H, and the delay caused by the geohot’s publishing of limera1n, today was the date for the release of GreenPoison, another tool for do the jailbreak to ours iPhone and others devices with iOS 4.
Before nothing, i recommend, if is not urgent for yours the jailbreak of your iPhone, stay away from limera1n, wait, the people of the DevTeam says that the new jailbreak from Geohot is still not complete. Below you can find more information, read it and act by your responsability.

The iPhone Dev-Team has just released a new version of Redsn0w 0.9.6b1 which can jailbreak iOS 4.1 on iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G.
This is a beta release of redsn0w for the iPhone3G and iPod Touch 2G at FW 4.1 or 4.0. It uses the same pwnage2 DFU-mode exploit that we’ve been using since the 2.x days. It does not include the SHAtter exploit developed by pod2g. Nothing new is revealed to Apple with this jailbreak.
The Windows version needs further testing, so for now this is available only for Mac OS X x86.
There is now a new jailbreak application available on Cydia which helps in extending battery life on iPhone 4, 3GS and 3G. Available by the name of Auto3G on BigBoss repository, this app basically turns off the 3G radio and switches to 2G (EDGE) when you lock your phone, and turns it back on as soon as you slide-to-unlock your phone again.
This is a major reason why you should jailbreak your iPhone or iPod touch if you haven’t already, as we published here.
Apple made a sweet move by adding the ability to add folders full of icons calling the feature ‘folders‘.
Of course they probably just copied the jailbreak hack called ‘categories’.
Anyway, we will admit that Apple’s implimentation is better and the GUI is beautiful. The major downfall to the feature is the limit of apps you can fit in a folder, just 12.
Well, what if I have 20 ‘Kids Games’ or 30 ‘News’ apps? With Infinifolders you can now have them all in one folder. And this is the stock folders from Apple. Now you can scroll down past the 12 app limit.
