Luego:
1. buscar en el Cydia: AppSync para 3.1.2
2. Instalar
3. Reiniciar Iphone o Ipod y a disfrutar

Isn’t this the same as for OS 3.1 ? because that also works fine on 3.1.2
19 octubre 2009 at 16:45
Hello sergiu,
No is the same for 3.1 to 3.1.2.
Perhaps, you’ve updated version from you cydia. But the name of the Cydia App is the same.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

When I try to add http://apt.macosmovil.com in Cydia, I get a message saying “Did not Find Repository”and it tells me legacy Installer repository is not supported.
What can I do? I need AppSync 3.1.2 OS. Is there another way to get it?
24 octubre 2009 at 12:38
You can try to add as a repository this url to Cydia:
http://cydia.hackulo.us
and search for the version according to the iphone os version that you have installed.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

Are you sure that
“http://cydia.hackulo.us”
is working ?

I installed it from http://apt.macosmovil.com few days ago… and the repository is working and the app works fine…

Ángel.

pls can somebody help me ,??
i try it but when i instal appsync…. and reboot i dont have any icon on my screen
PLS HELP
8 diciembre 2009 at 15:52
Hi Wuhan,
AppSync cannot generate any icon in your screen. Its works in background and allows you to install non-original ipa files (for example downloaded from appulo.us or other ipa webs).
It allows you too synchronize your non-official ipa files with your iTunes.
Any more. Hope to be helpful.
Kind Regards,
Ángel.

Hi,
Blackra1n provides a partial jailbreak, ie, the famous ‘unthetered’ jailbreak.
Every time that you reboot your device you have to reapply the jailbreak via blackra1n with your computer.
If you have a Mac Computer, o some friend with a Mac Computer, you can make the total jailbreak with Pwnage Tool. That persists to the device reboot. In windows computer, still need to continue waiting for sn0wbreeze. Sorry.
You can find the tutorial for pwnage tool in this web.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

http://apt.macosmovil.com can’t be added…is there another repo or app I need to add so that I can add the macosmovil repo?
I have 2 iphones one with 3.1.2 and another with 3.1…I’ve added the macosmovil for the 3.1.2 but can’t with my 3.1
I’ve barely used my 3.1 so there’s less apps and repos in cydia…that’s why I was thinking I might’ve added something in my 3.1.2 that I didn’t in my 3.1
Hope I made sense…help pls…can’t use the GPS in my 3.1

Hello,
Try with the old repository:
http://cydia.hackulo.us
Tell us how you will.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

Tried http://cydia.hackulo.us but cannot find AppSync 3.1.2. Only AppSync 3.1 and AppSync 3.0 available. I couldn’t add http://apt.macosmovil.com too. Is there another source for AppSync 3.1.2?
13 enero 2010 at 09:02
Hello Liz,
AppSync for 3.1 works fine in 3.1.2 firmware.
You can find it in cydia.hackulo.us, apt.macosmovil.com or http://repo.beyouriphone.com
Kind regards,
Ángel.

http://cydia.hackulo.us doesn’t have Push Fix in its repo…and apt.macosmovil.com isn’t loading anymore releases from my other iphone that has the apt.macosmovil.com repo, so does that mean that apt.macosmovil.com is down or has been removed. When I updated cydia, it says that:
http://apt.macosmovil.com
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
…http://repo.beyouriphone.com worked…it has the Push Fix there…thanks

I have the same problem as in question 10 (answer 11) ! I find the appsync program and can install it, but then a hard reset is necessary ! Than I have to start all over again.!! ( Apple logo and ITunes say it found a device that is in recovery modus)
With the appsync from masOSmovil was this not a problem.
Is there a solution for this problem ?
14 enero 2010 at 11:10
Hello Geo-Hopper,
This problem probably caused by the untethered jailbreak provided by blackra1n. You can try to apply the jailbreak to your device with sn0wbreeze (windows) or Pwnage Tool (mac), and the hard reset will not be a problem for you.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

@Angel: Thnxs for your replay. SnOwbreeze is at the moment not accessible du to a huge demand on their website (!?). I solved the problem anyway. Afther jailbreak (Blackra1n) and installing Cydia, and adding http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com, I installed Appsync 3.1.2. On the moment the Iphone asks for a hard reset ( witch was the cause of lossing all of my programs ) I started Blackra1n for the second time. Blackra!n reboot the IPhone without the problem of lossing all of my programs and reinstalling the official software. Afther that I was abble to install all the wanted IPA files on mine Iphone !! ( IPhone 3GS with v.3.1.2 (7D11) Model MC142DN, week 42.)

I installed blackra1n and cydia and went to add source. I typed in apt.macosmovil.com but it came up with “did not find repository”. Why is this?
14 enero 2010 at 23:52
Great GeoHoppers!!!
14 enero 2010 at 23:56
Hello Iain,
The apt.macosmovil.com repo is down long time ago. For install AppSync you must have to add this repository:
http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com/
And then search and install “appsync 3.1″.
Kind regards,
Ángel.

Hi Angel,
I’ve numerous threads regarding this.
Here’s what I do:
1. Run blackra1n
2. Install Cydia
3. Add http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com/ to repository
the problem begins here, when I install Appsync from http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com/, it installs then asks me to reboot. I reboot but goes to a recovery mode and I end up recovering my ipod touch to the last backup I had. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong?
I have an ipod touch 3g with OS 3.1.2
Help is truly appreciated!
19 enero 2010 at 22:52
Dear Maximillian,
There is no problem at all. If you take into consideration that you have an ipod touch 3G, you can only have the “tethered jailbreak”. That means that you can not perform a reboot without entering into recovery mode. The fact is that you will need to pass again the “blackra1n” tool every time you perform a reboot.
This is the only way of having the jailbreak enabled in an ipod touch 3G, while Geo Hot improves the procedure.
Hope that helps!
Francis.

Hello, I’m just trying to make this clear for myself: If you have the Ipod 2G 3.1.2 Jailbroken, is it fine to download this? Will it ask for reboot? I really don’t want to reboot my Ipod.

IS macosmovil still down
28 abril 2010 at 16:20
Yes, macosmovil is still down.
The only repo that worked for me was http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com/
Cheers AppSync!

Corroboramos la información que nos enviaba Trent.
Funciona perfectamente su repositorio, incluso para el firmware 3.1.3
